Jaimin is the CEO and Business Development Director. He has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and a Chartered Accountancy (PWC London) qualification. Jaimin spent 13 years in the investment banking industry prior to joining Beeveejay full time in 2008. He has been instrumental in creating new relationships with local partners and manufacturers keen to develop their business in Africa.
Bharti is the Finance and Commercial Director. She has a BSc (Hons) in Maths/Management and a Chartered Accountancy (KPMG London) qualification. Bharti has grown and guided the business since its inception in 1995 to be one of the leading dental exporters to Sub Saharan Africa. She remains a strong pillar in performance of Beeveejay operations, finance and tender activities.
A trained dentist from the Royal Dental Hospital, School of Dental Surgery, University of London, Varsheet brings a wealth of knowledge about dental products and their application in clinical dentistry. As Technical Director, Varsheet has attended many international exhibitions and training sessions by manufacturers to enhance Beeveejay’s internal knowledge.
Bhavini MistryGeneral Manager
As General Manager, Bhavini coordinates the needs of Beeveejay’s partners and manufacturers, ensuring that all end customers are happy with products and services Beeveejay offers. She has an IT background and has been a member of the Beeveejay team for 19 plus years. Bhavini continues to guide Beeveejay’s strong performance in overall operations and customer service activities.
With a background in finance and logistics systems, Hemant spent 10 years with Dow Chemicals and brings this management expertise to Beeveejay. For 8 years Hemant has overseen Beeveejay’s operations by liaising with manufacturers, customers and forwarding agents to ensure customer needs are fulfilled to satisfaction.
Sanjay has a background in manufacturing and retailing fine jewellery, several years before joining Beeveejay in June 2016. With support of in-house and off site training, he has acquired the knowledge and skills to perform a key role within the operations team supporting both customers and manufacturing partners.
Sunita has been supporting all the Beeveejay purchase and sales order processes and associated logistics for 6 plus years. Her role involves relationship management and customer service to local partners and customers. It also includes close relationships, strong communication/co-ordination with manufacturing partners.
Having worked in logistics, customer services and sales, Jinal is now heavily involved with business development at Beeveejay. Through his 5 years at Beeveejay, Jinal has attended several manufacturer training and international exhibitions. He has honed his skills of sharing his knowledge across the spectrum of Beeveejay local partners, healthcare institutions and clinicians.
Reshna qualified as an ACCA and joined the finance department in March 2019. She is involved with all accounting aspects relating to suppliers and customers and ensures that all stock is well maintained. Having previously worked in accountancy in the commercial sector, both in Kenya and the UK, Reshna’s experience is invaluable.
